have you ever been banned from the server: Yes, but a long time ago when I had a squeaker voice. Banned for sounding like a squeaker unfairly. All children should be allowed to play and use mic, unless spamming.
admin and user vouches (list names of people who think you'd be a good admin": L.O.P
If a event has gotten out of hand how would you deal with it?: First investigate and ask people questions about the event. Never assume and go straight to the point. Then I would use the clues and evidence to see why or who made the event occur. If a person caused it, depending on what they did, I would either slay, kick, or ban. If many people did it, each person shall be found who caused a disruption and be punished depending on the event. It all depends on the situation.
