Any vac bans and why?:Nope Just A ten min ban for changing my name during a round .
Admin experience:Well I have had to deal with rdmers on my friends server.

admin and user vouches (list names of people who think you'd be a good admin":Matt Smith and Stillanz.
If a event has gotten out of hand how would you deal with it?:Check the logs and Find out what started it ask the people what went down and Start with the source.
