Sure. The community seems nice and friendly and the servers are pretty clean (without mods). I'd like to.

Vac Bans?: None.
Admin Experience: I've administrated for a large (2000+ active members/players) Minecraft-based community and a medium-sized (300+) game diverse community. I've done player and issue management, server management, event planning, and head administration.
Active on the Forums?: I just signed up, but I can be. As part of my position as an Events Planner in my previous community, I was active on the forums, made front-page posts, and kept the forums active.
Play time on Gmod: 369 hours on record.
Have you ever been banned from the server?: No.
Admin and user Vouches: Death The Kid and apparently 10 other people who messaged Big Daddy.
If an event gets out of hand, how would you handle it?: It depends on the event itself; if a player claims RDM, I'd check the logs and look for evidence. If evidence is there, I'd ask the RDM'er why they did it (over text), and if they can't provide a valid answer supporting the RDM, I'd issue the appropriate punishment.
If a player is screaming over mic or being disruptive, I'd mute/gag them as necessary, give them an opportunity to calm down, then ask them to explain why they're so upset and deal with the issue.
If a player comes to me personally with an issue, I'll deal with it personally rather than make a scene out of it because confidentiality and anonymity are important when dealing with issues such as harassment or the like.
I actually joined the server just earlier yesterday (1/2/2014), played around a bit, and one of the admins (DeathTheKid) said I should apply for a staff position. I politely declined. Next thing I know Big Daddy tells me that 11 people messaged him and said they would like to see me as an admin. So I figured I'd rather apply and post on the forums before I'm forced to be an admin. Lol.
